BUILDING RENTAL
Commons Building – Is the center building with two kitchens. It seats about 250 people. The building is air conditioned and heated so it is available for rentals year round. The building size is about 2711 square feet. The building is non-smoking.
Humboldt Events Center – Newly renovated and seats about 400 people. The building is air conditioned and heated so it is available for rentals year round. The building size is about 4360 square feet. The building is non-smoking.
RATES:
- Weekday (Monday - Wednesday) $125.00 for the Commons Building or $175.00 for both buildings per day and a deposit of $200.00.
- Weekend (Friday - Sunday) $650.00 for both for the weekend and a deposit of $350.00.
- Deposits are refunded if the buildings, grounds, and contents are undamaged and cleaned.
