BUILDING RENTAL RATES:
COMMONS BUILDING – Center building with 2 kitchens. It seats about 250 people. The building is air conditioned and heated so it is available for rentals year round. The building is non-smoking. RATE: $300.00/NIGHT DEPOSIT: $200.00
HUMBOLDT EVENTS CENTER – Newly renovated and seats about 400 people. The building is air conditioned and heated so it is available for rentals year round. The building is non-smoking. RATE: $300.00/NIGHT DEPOSIT: $200.00
WEDDINGS receive both buildings for $500.00 and a $200.00 deposit.
OTHER EVENTS may rent both building for $500.00 and a $200.00 deposit
DAY MEETINGS - may use either of the buildings for $100.00 and a deposits of $25.00. If the day meeting is using the Humboldt Event Center then there is no access to serve lunch out of the kitchen. Wireless internet is provided for day meetings only.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE IF THE BUILDINGS ARE LEFT AS THEY WERE WHEN THEY WERE RENTED.
