Jessica Webb

Crowned as the 2004 Humboldt County Fair Queen

Jessica Webb (front center) was crowned as the 2004 Humboldt County Fair Queen on Thursday evening and will represent Humboldt County at the Iowa State Fair in August. Jessica, 18, is the daughter of Don and Val Sorenson of Dakota City. She received a $100 savings bond from the Business and Professional Women of Humboldt, a $100 savings bond from the Backseat Diner, and a bouquet of flowers from Floral Creations. Named runnerup was Amanda Schipull (front left). She received a $50 savings bond from Seiler Appliance and 20 tanning sessions from Hair Concepts and Tanning. Named Miss Congeniality was Amy Olson (front right). She received diamond earrings from the Oxbow Chapter. The contest was sponsored by the Humboldt County Fair Board and conducted by the Business and Professional Women (BPW) of Humboldt, Donna Cooper, chairperson.
