Crowned 2006 Humboldt County Fair Queen
Rrepresented Humboldt County at Iowa State Fair

Chelsey Loney (seated third from left) was crowned as the 2006 Humboldt County Fair Queen on Thursday night at the fair. Chelsey is the daughter of Leon and Sandy Loney of Humboldt and will be a senior at Humboldt High School. She will represent Humboldt County at the Iowa State Fair.
