Congratulations Travis Sullivan! Winner of the 2007 Humboldt County Christina Hixson Iowa State University Scholarship Award The goal of Iowa State University and Iowa native Christina Hixson, the program’s benefactor, is to reach out to students and families in each Iowa county and provide tuition awards to incoming first-year students.
